sky q picture freez

Please can anyone help? Our Sky Q pictures keep breaking up or freezing for a couple of weeks now. We thought it was the weather at first but it still going on. Other times the picture is fine. Tried all the usual tests, switched off at mains etc but still the same. Anyone got any ideas please?
