@ashwoodeleven

Your post is difficult to understand so can you explain the issue?

Bots Are of no use

I already have Sky insurance and have done for years - do I still receive the equipment? Your automatic bot is if no use to me at all. Been round a few times.

@ashwoodeleven

No need for a new thread. I have merged it with the original post and I'm not a bot.

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services. So please explain what you're trying to do.

Think he meant some phone response thing

 Do you mean "eligibility"?

and I think you need to explain the circumstances of the question. "Do you still receive the equipment" ... when what happens?

Not sure of the relevance to Sky Store but your duplicate thread there has been removed.

Re: Legibility.

@ashwoodeleven I'm guessing that you're referring to Sky Protect here and you want to know whether you're eligible to receive the tech - video doorbell, cameras, sensors etc.?

Is that the question here?

There are two types of Sky Protect insurance products available.

One is the device insurance that Sky operate with D&G, for your Sky box, phone and tablets etc.

The other is the newer house insurance product.

This is the one that offers the home security kit, when you take up the Sky Protect home insurance.
