I left Sky in October, but I am still receiving emails saying that I have an outstnding amount. I need to speak to a human to get this sorted, every number I've tried to contact you on gives me the same speal and never get through to customer sevices.

Did you move to another prover for TV & Broadband? If so the new provider can only cancel your broadband service and can't take over your TV service.
If you did cancel Sky normally charge up to the next billing date even if this is after the cancellation date, any overpayment is refunded. Did you pay this bill or did you cancel the direct debit at this point?

Hi
I left the Direct cebit active for another month, I then pais the outstnading amount as requested by sky but they still say I owe them , can't get through to ahuman eing to speak to them just keep getting the same recorded message .
