Leaving Sky TV and the satellite dish

we are currently using Sky Q and wanting to move to Freesat in January when our contract ends.

Will be be able to keep the Sky dish and use that for Freesat ? Will it work ?

Only the latest generation of Freesat 4K boxes are compatible with the LNB on Sky Q dishes. If you want to use a standard Freesat tuner built into your TV or an older box you'll need to switch the LNB back to a standard one.
