Late return Sky Q box

Hi all

 

I have recently downgarded my tv package and have been invited to return the Sky Q Box. The deadline for return passed recently however I now have the return package and am ready to return the box.

 

Do I still get charged the non return fee if I return the box after the deadline?

 

A quick response would be helpful

@Question618  You may still get charged as the date has passed, however you still need to return it and once received by Sky if there is charge Sky may remove it.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

When you return the items obtain proof of posting and keep it safe and indefinitely.

If it is tracked delivery also keep a screen shot of proof of delivery.
