I have returned my sky equipment

I have been issued with a early termination fee which was supposed to have been dealt with by virgin media & also the email mentions that I have to return sky equipment which I have already done. 
could you please rectify this & get in touch when it has been done.

@Steve-o37 Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

 

If you have proof of posting keep hold of this as if Sky send out an e-mail saying you will be charged for the equipment then you have proof of returning it the e-mail you got is probably a standard e-mail

As to the termination fee you would need to contact Virgin although I have only ever heard of this in connection with terminating broadband and not TV services
