Lack of support form Sky

We lost the secondary Sky Q box duirng the recent outage on the 12th January we were informed the replacement box would arrive
in two to four days, were still waiting,.Its easier talking directly to God than getting a human being on the phome at Sky.We've just signed a  new two year deal with SKy and still have a fortnight to cancel which we will do by the end of this week if the replacemnt box hasn't arrrived.
We were told we'd recived a text on my wifes moible phone the day the box would be delivered, so we had little choice but to stay close to home to receive the new box.
Sky are by far the worst company we've ever dealt with, the only shred of efficiency they show is collectig the monthly charge.
GET THE DAMNED REPLACEMENT SECONDRY BOX DELIVERED NOW!

Have you had any communication from Sky regarding the order ? Might be worth checking on your Sky Sccount for an order placed, hopefully it is and can be tracked.
