Have been following this forum to see how others have tried to resolve this issue. Turning off Sky Q and Internet power at same time for a few mins. Then only resetting Internet, then switching TV & Sky Q box on, only works for a day or so.
Any other suggestions so we can "Believe in better"! Will be ringing technical advice tomorrow
