Keep losing Internet connection through Sky Q box. Home Internet still working.

Have been following this forum to see how others have tried to resolve this issue. Turning off Sky Q and Internet power at same time for a few mins. Then only resetting Internet, then switching TV & Sky Q box on, only works for a day or so.

Any other suggestions so we can "Believe in better"! Will be ringing technical advice tomorrow

We are getting the same error.  Very frustrating. Was there any resolution to the earlier post?
