Keep having to reset sky q

Sky q fails to record/rewind/pause and channels missing so I need to unplug to reset.

Sounds like possibly 2 issues.

 

If channels are 'missing' then it could be dish alignment.

 

For the other issues it could indicate a failing hard disk.

 

I'd call Sky and ask for a replacement box and an engineer to check the dish.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
