Katie Price documentary

Hi

I started watching the Katie Price documentary today.  I was half way through episode 2 when I decided to pause it.  A few hours later I've tried to rewatch it and now it's saying episode 2 is not available until Wednesday 15th July.

However I can watch episodes 3 & 4? Can anyone help me with this please.  I've gone to the end of episode 1, to see if episode 2 will then start and it won't!

Episode 2 is both available to download on  my Sky Go app and now tv on demand, can't actuly check the Sky Q box at the moment as my wife watching somthing on there.

@MichaelMc-82 I just tried searching for it with voice comand of Katie Price when I went into the documentary it allows me to download all episodes. I did try all episodes.

if you are still having problems have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Hi @MichaelMc-82   If you mean Katie Price: Nothing to Hide ep2 then both HD & SD 100% download and play okay.

Hi @MichaelMc-82   Another thought, make sure that you clear out any suspect downloads by deleting and then deleting them from the deleted section.

Thanks for your comments.  Nothing is working.

Episodes 1 ,3 & 4 are available to view.  But episode 2 is only available from 15th July.  So frustrating!

Just for clarity, did you go into recordings and see what's listed there? If episode 2 is there whether partial, failed or seemingly complete, delete it and look at 'Available now' and try a new download.

I've got the exact same issue! I can watch 1, 3 & 4 but not 2?!

Yes I am unable to watch episode 2 currently but can watch 1,3 and 4 x

Still cannot watch it. It's greyed out unless it's any of today's shows
