Just ordered Sky Q a few Questions

Hello to all, I just ordered Sky Q, A few questions, 1 it is Sky Q 1TB UHD  ultimate TV pack, also Netflix With ads, Although i can cancel that in  months, Is Sky Q 1TB UHD the Best option Regarding Sky Q as i was on Sky +HD any issues with Sky Q 1TB UHD should i ask for something else or is that okay,  2 It will be installed on 18 of this Month, is it normal for installation by engineers to be so long, although, they did say if an earlier date, i will be notified by email, let me know. 3 I like the fact Disney + standard  even though with Ads, HBO Max with ads, 

and Paramount+Basic with ads are available, i think you can get 2 of them on Sky +HD but not Disney, the problems with my Sky +HD box, I was able to leave it in Standby overnight and then Press Standby in the Morning,  that no longer works, Now i Have to Switch off then On at the mains to start, it is becoming annoying,  this has  led me to ordering Sky Q even though I have Autism and do not like change. Any questions i should contact Sky about before Sky Q gets installed, or anything else I should ask for, please reply on all 3, most grateful, thanks.🙂

That's been the standard hardware since late 2019.  In theory there's the same box with a 2TB hardware drive for an additional fee.

Yes: Sky employs few satellite dish installers these days as part of the move to streaming service.

That box is fine

 Q is different. Better in some ways. No apps on skyHD so all of them are "new" to you. 

no green button reminders on Q

Q can do 4k and HDR (with the right subs) which makes the picture from the HD box look like 1950s tech.

TV guide and recordings are an extra menu away whereas on HD they were very quick to access

startup goes to a home page (a nicely designed one) rather than direct to the last channel you were watching

Voice search is awesome

Voice control in general is awesome. "Fast forward 4 minutes" is the ad skipper's delight (on Recordings and Sky content downloads, won't allow it on the ad supported apps)

Remote control design is worse. Less tactile but kind of ok. Better than an AppleTV or Firestick remote.
