I have Sky Q UHD and a 4k projector and I'm experiencing jumpy video on all YouTube videos. All other apps are fine. Also there's no stutter in the video.

I've already tried turning on jitter reduction for apps but it makes no difference. It's not a bandwidth problem as I have 1Gbps and plenty strong wifi signal (Apple TV plays 4K without a problem).
Any help appreciated

Thanks. I got in touch with a support agent and they walked me through "Refreshing Apps" which did the trick.
