JVC smart tv

Recently purchased a JVC smart tv connected sky q box via hdmi lead to recognises the box on the source list, however video not supported message appears, have updated the tv software and tried other ports thanks

Try pressing the following keys in sequence  (when the SKY Q box is on)

Home 1 0 8 0 Home

That message would normally be for an incoming resolution it can't display (and the Q after that remote button sequence should reset to bog standard 1080i). Tried another cable?
