Do you have Broadband from another provider other than Sky and your network connection has a X?
Check for wireless equipment near your Sky Q box, that could interfere with the WIFI signal. For example; wireless headphones, charging docks, DECT phone, Baby Monitors etc.
Unplug all other devices around the box to see if the issue goes away, then turn each device back on one by one until you can see which device is causing the issue.
For the device that’s causing the issue, try moving it further away or to a new location.
If you're also experiencing device connectivity issues after enabling Sky Q WiFi Hotspots, we recommend switching this feature off and contacting your Broadband provider for further support for WiFi issues.
To turn off Sky Q WiFi Hotspots, follow the steps below:

Do a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.
For 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.
