Ive been at home all day waiting for the engineer to come out he left a card saying sorry we misse

I've been waiting in all day for the engineer to come and look at my  sky Q box but I got a card saying sorry we missed you

You need to contact Sky and rearrange. Be aware that although you state you were in Sky may charge you for a missed appointment.
