Hi, an engineer came to take a look at the issue and said I need something new. He said he left notes on the account. Can you help?

This is mainly a customer helps customer forum so you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services. We won't know what the engineer has determined you need. What Sky Q issue did you have to require a visit?
