Issues with viewing certain channels

When trying to watch certain channels we get an error saying 'this channel is currently unavailable due to problem with your satellite signal'. It's almost like every other channel doesn't work. Can't be a true satellite problem as a lot of channels do work.

hi @SusieD1

Yes a slight dish alignment problem may show with just some channels having problems.

Please see the following page that covers a few problems - if you follow the link through and still have problems then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system

yes, @SusieD1, if one of the cables is not connected or otherwise damaged you loose approx half the channels

(I think this may be covered in the link but I can't remember)
