Issues with second mini box with signal failure

All i've asked for is a service from sky to provide me with a service that stays 100% , we transfered to sky we have two mini boxes, the one in the front room does not have this problem , in the dinning room the wifi is telling me it's full signal , while watching tv on sky it decides to freeze then the screen goes blue  and then a message saying please wait while your program loads, sometimes the picture just freezes. As a service and the price we pay I think your service is rubbish and I am seriously consisidering going back to me previous supplier as this issue is getting worse and I also dont get to rewind the program and miss the content.

Is your ISP SKY & if so, are you able to advise which router you have - is it SKY Max ?

Not ours - we're other customers here...

 

The mini uses a direct connection to your main box instead of your internet.  The box may be too far away or your WiFi is possibly interferring.

 

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
