Sky Q not connecting to wifi

My WiFi went off today and now my Sky Q box won't connect to the WiFi although the mini box is connected. I tried the usual turn off/turn on fix along with pressing the button on the router but won't connect. Help please 😢

Pressing the button on the router alone won't work, you have to get the Q box ready to make the conne tion first by doing a network reset in the menu.
