Can anyone help me please speak to a human or arrange a engineer , my Disney plus , paramount plus, amazon prime and netflix app all either cut out and the screen will go black even in the middle of watching something or it will have picture issues like a interference almost. This is driving Me insane and all of my apps work normally through my tv

We can escalate your post to a member of the Sky team, but have you checked your Sky Q box is on the latest software and refreshed your apps?

There have been a few people reporting app issues and a recent update had helped many. If this doesn't work then it will likely be engineer time, but Sky would want you to try these steps before arranging a visit anyway.
