Issues with SkyQ viewing card
I have followed every step to try and get this resolved and still yet nothing still getting this error issue. Can someone help?

Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi
Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband

@Sheilaalewis can you tell us what you have tried ? Have you tried taking the card out giving the chip a clean with a lint free cloth then putting the card bsck in
