Re: Issues with ITV
@nigea99 Thank you for this, and I hear you, but as I mentioned, each time I spoke with Sky, and even within my written complaint submission, I made it absolutely clear that I was referring to ITV (Channel 103)-I never mentioned the App. This highlights even further how their responses are either so standardised, *or* they really don't read carefully and thououghly (or listen to) the information their customers are providing them. 🙄😊

Re: Issues with ITV
Hi all,
As promised-an update from my managing agent: they had an engineer come out to check our communal dish and their reply was:
Our engineer advised that - Satellite signals were poor at the amplifier.
- Adjusted LNB skew at dish position.
- VL, VH, HH okay. HL failing at LNB.
- New LNB required.
I have authorised the new LNB (It’s the little box that sits at the end of the arm on the dish). It will take a week or so for the engineer to get the parts in and return to site and carry out the repairs.
I am hoping that this resolves my pixelation problem and occasional "signal cannot be found" problem. Interestingly, I had another phone call with Sky this week and they did say that I can find my own engineer to come and service my Sky + HD box. I am not convinced, however, that this is a problem with my box...I'm hoping that the root of my issue is with our communal dish and once they get the required LNB, all will be fine. If not, I will of course have my Sky + HD looked at by a third party engineer. Thank you to all of you who have replied to my post. 🙏
