Issues activating discovery+ - 'we can't do that at the moment '

I have been trying to create/activate discovery+ since yesterday. I may have done something wrong but now all I get is 'we can't do that at the moment'. How do I find out if it's a me problem or a them problem?

 

I'm using an android phone instead of a tablet or PC.
