Issue with sky q card

Hi. Would really apprecoate any help offered. Sky box and sky card haven't been touched ,or moved I haven't recently added anything or done anything with my subscription and the card is just saying viewing card can't be read. I've gone to the system info bit and it just says no card inserted.  I've had so many issues with sky and pay so much for what they actually offer,I think I will be going back to my amazon prime.

Hi @Hb1986  Try removing your viewing card by pressing it in until you hear or feel a click, then it should pop out, re insert the card until it clicks and stays in.

Then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot.

Hi there

Thank you for your reply. I have tried all of this I'm afraid and it's simply not working. 

I'm really annoyed as I've had so many issues with sky and I've only been with them a few months. Ridiculous considering the amount they charge.
