Issue with replacement remote control

My Sky Touch remote control broke so I singed up for a replacement making it clear it is for my main Sky Q Box.  Sky have sent me a normal remote rather than a replacement for the Touch one I had.  Are the Touch ones still available and therefore they have sent me

the wrong one?

No , unfortunately,  the Touch Remotes have not been produced for a few years.

The only way to get one is to look on ebay etc. for 2nd hand ones

I won't a repayment  remote for the sky
