Hi @Cathy33BSL Just checking that you are posting in the right place. Do you have Sky Q (Mini boxes) or Glass/Stream (Pucks)? There is certainly no general TV Guide problem with Sky Q.

Re: Issue with "Waiting for Schedule" several time a week.
I'm getting an empty TV Guide every couple of days. Rebooting the box brings it back but it's a real PITA. I asked Sky about it yesterday and was told that they don't know it as a common problem so I referred the guy to this forum. He booked me an engineer visit to fix it – so why would he waste their resources if he knew the problem was unfixable?
I'm guessing the engineer will just swap me out a new main box next week and it will quickly exhibit the same symptoms.
32B12C 2TB UHD Q box • Mini boxes x2 (32D0B2) • 2022 LG C2 OLED TV • Software vQ230.000.14.00L • Gigaclear gigabit FTTH broadband (935Mbps up/down) • Linksys Velop tri-band router; 3 mesh nodes • All Q boxes fully Cat6 hardwired • Q wi-fi disabled • Q picture/audio processing disabled (no sound bar) • Pixellation cured by Q170 but back again with Q190 and now every few minutes with Q210 and Q220 live broadcasts and recordings on all boxes

MightyQuinn,
I think you will find that there IS an issue on Sky Q if you read the posts in this thread. It has been going on for a long time.

Hi @Greytide17 If there was a general problem with the TV Guide on Sky Q, there would be a total melt down in this community with thousands of posts complaining. There is clearly a problem with a few customers, I'm afraid that only Sky can help you with that. There is absolutely no problem with my Sky Q TV Guide.

Re: Issue with "Waiting for Schedule" several time a week.
@Greytide17 Your Sky Q receiver uses the 'default' satellite transponder information to receive the datastream that supports your Schedule planner.
So, what signal strength and quality is your Sky Q receiver reporting for the reception of the 'default' satellite transponder signal.

@Greytide17 Alas, it would seem that your problem is not related to the strength and quality of your 'default' transponder reception.
Godfrey.
