Is there something wrong at sky at the moment

What is wrong with sky at the moment there is no one ever available to answer the phone I have no way of using my sky at no way of getting in touch any help out there please

My tv is not connecting with remote control properly some functions work others don't for example pressing the centre button does nothing press left of the central button turns the th off all other buttons turns the volume down except the volume button which works  I can no longer use the voice activated button as I keep being told to press 1 and 3 for 3 seconds all this does is to wind me up further  

my TV is unusable and I am beyond frustrated going through all "self help " screens
