@MandyjR a possible reason for recoded programmes not being ones you have recorded is due to watch from the start accidently being activated apart from the BBC channels which take you to iplayer all other channels that have watch from the start download the programmes to your box
The F1 is a known problem to avoid the previous race name appearing you need to delete all previous recordings of F1 from your recordings then go into the deleted section and delete them from there
The wrong picture and name etc may be down to the broadcaster as they are rfesponsible for supplying the assets and the metadata in updating the TV guide you could try reporting this to viewer relations at viewerR@sky.uk
