Black screen on sky box

No response on sky q box it seems to be making noises

@Chris165 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Hi thanks 

 

yes done that numerous times. The box will only stay on amber colour on standby and the sky Q logo will keeps slowly flashing
