Our sky keeps saying we've haven't got internet connection but settings are saying we are

Why can't we get sky apps and programs settings are saying we have good satellite connection but there's a problem with network connection we've been through the network setup procedure but to avai

May I suggest you do a full reboot of your router & possibly a further rebbot of your SKY Q box
