Internet keeps dropping on our Sky Q box

We have Sky broadband, Sky Q main box and 3 mini boxes and 3 boosters around the house.  Our router is upstairs in the middle of the house, the main sky box is at one end of the house connected obviously to the satellite dish.  We drop our internet connection up to 5 times a day, sometimes briefly when the main box recovers but sometimes it requires a hard reset of the main box, router and all the mini boxes.    I have checked out the stats page (see below) but have no idea what any of the data means so would appreciate any thoughts on how we fix this very, very frustrating problem!
