Internet's ver intermittent, slow speed 

sky box keeps locking up takes ages to re set 

cant see the point of carrying on with it.

can't get to talk to anyone every thing points towards a talk forum

Are you saying that your Sky broadband service is generally bad, unrelated to Sky Q?

and also separately that your Q box keeps locking up?

(By the way You can get through to a human on the phone, but have to be patient and they try to divert you here first)
