Internet light not on box

Internet keeps going off sometimes daily

the Internet light goes out on the sky Q box. It's been resetting but has gone off permanently this time.

sky checker says it's ok. We have un plugged the box power lead , and internet turned off for a few minutes as always suggested still not working

The Q box doesn't have an internet light

or do you mean a Q booster?
