Hi yesterday is n our local area the internet went down for the day I've now gone to watch sky Netflix it's saying there is a problem with my network reset the rooter several times switched the mains off to the sky tv nothing it's very frustrating I've been trying fir over 1 hour and thirty minutes can you kindly assist thanks Jane
