Hello, I upgraded to Sky Q December 2022. I am supposed to get Paramount+ and Discovery + as part of the deal. I know other people have asked the same question but I have already been in touch with Sky. They told me how to sign in to Paramount+ and Discovery+, which I followed but every time I try to access it, it asks me to sign in then asks what subscription I want! Trying to access help on the website or app is impossible - 'oops, we ran into a problem'! Have tried to contact Sky numerous times but to no avail. Please help me as I have been very patient so far. Thank you
