Internet connectivity

I have to reenter my wifi password for my Virgin wifi broadband via router, every day. Why doesnt my sky Q box remember the password?

How far is your Q box from your Virgin router?

Not close, but we have a new Deco mesh with 3 boosters. The signal by the TV is 85 megabits. The problem has only arisen since I changed our mesh system from Netgear

Q will not maintain a WiFi connection to many mesh networks.  You have to connect it via Ethernet to a nearby node.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
