Internet connection

Came home switched tv on and it says you don't have internet connection. Went to settings to reconnect but each time I put password in it says still can't connect

Hi @Mel221   I would try power rebooting your broadband router, followed by the Sky Q Main box once it is up and running.

I've had the same issue, have tried re-booting. I have internet (WiFi) on my phone and no issues with internet but sky saying it can't connect 

can't watch catch up or access any apps
