Re: Internet connection to multi room

Well obviously we have not seen your home or set up, but one of the most common reasons are, especially in older homes, the thick walls that some internet systems struggle to reach beyond.  The easiest solution would be to buy a internet booster.  They are not particularly expensive and just plug into a standard electrical socket.  Full instructions come with it and that hopefully should solve your problems.  Alternatively can you reposition your router so the signal can reach the other Sky box better. I hope one or the other works for you.

Sky will loan one or more Q boosters to resolve such issues: there should be no need to purchase one yourself.
