I recently purchased a Primare SPA25 integrated amp and have noticed intermittent momentary audio drop outs when watching live broadcasts on hd channels such as BBC, ITV and Channel 4/E4. There's no pattern to the drop outs and it sometimes seems like it doesn't start for a few mins after switching to the channel.
I find if I pause the broadcast, the drop outs go when I view from the hard drive. Same for viewing recordings and downloads, they play fine.
I also notice a 2 second drop of audio when I display the home screen.
The firmware on my 1tb uhd sky box and Primare amp are both up to date and I'm using a certified 2.1 hdmi leads between the two units.
Any thoughts on what the problem might be?
