We are currently experiencing interference on all television channels apart from the BBC ones. It has been going on for a few weeks now. We got an aerial engineer to come and have a look and he suggested that the dish needed realigned which still hasn't fixed the issue. He also told me that the signal was only at 80%. The Sky Q box is only 18 months old so I didn't think that would be the issue however, the dish itself is quite old so it may be that. Does anyone have any suggestions how to fix this or do I need to book a Sky engineer to come?
