Installation

I have an engineer due to visit soon but as I only house share and my trim is facing west direction. They might not install the dish. Also, the neighbouring houses are joint together with no side walls to put the dish. Would they be able to place the dish on the side of the chimney facing the right direction or would they refuse?

Attaching the dish to a chimney is usually a big no no. If you house share has the owner consented to a dish being fitted?

The engineer can only place the dish in a location giving clear line of sight to the satellite.
