You haven't said how long the programme should have been?

What time of day?

How full is HD?  (It should auto delete but may not if items locked etc.)

If this was a programme that had delays in it, such as F1, then it is possible that it over-ran its  original ending time.  For anything that has the potential for an "overrun" it's always advisable to set the next programme to record as well.

Re: Incomplete recordings

It's live sport so has a fairly open-ended time limit. I'm just thinking that, as it always stops at 3 hours and 33 minutes, it must be part of the settings.

Re: Incomplete recordings

HD is only 40% full so that shouldn't bethe problem. Recordings made in the evening.

Re: Incomplete recordings

Apologies, I think i was replying to someone else who said it might be due to the settings on my Sky Quest box - which would explain why it stops at the same point each time. But how to change the settings, of course!

Are you saying that any programme that is over 3 and a half hours long always stops recording at 3 hours 33 minutes?

There's no Setting (Afaik) that would do that.

Not aware of any settings in Sky Q that could effect the duration of recordings
