Impossible to speak to a human.

I am a friend and neighbour, who suffered a brain injury and a stroke survivor. Lives in a sheltered council flat. He can do all his day to day tasks, with difficulty. Biggest health issue is verbal and memory. He has had sky for 10yrs never missed a payment. Only watches odd programme and sometimes foorball. Only needs baisc and football. His sky bill is now over £150 per month it was £ 57 . due to sky selling upgrades sky glass, etc. David has full broadband, and does not understand what it is, has never used a computer or smart phone ever, his broadband does not actually work or connect to anything. Anyone meeting or talking to David would immediatly realise David has severe health issues. He does not know password or email sky was originally opened with, a neighbour long ago must have helped. But weeks of trying to get a human to help, emails unaswered. Absolute disgrace. Local M.P no us, as off on football jollies and local paper did not even answer a request to highlight skys failings. I had to register my details to access this forum to raise this issue.
