Im now on my second replacement sky Q mini box and the sound is faulty again

The sound is completely fuzzy. Last time you guys sent a new sky q mini box. That worked for a while but now this one is not working either. My WiFi is 900mb direct fibre so there are no issues there. Can anyone help? It's driving me mad.

That would rather point suspicion at the device which actually produces the sound...

Ok. I will switch it out and try different device but the DVD sound plays ok. Thank you.

Your WiFi isn't used for Q to Q wireless communication.  In fact it could actually be interfering.

 

Ensure your router's 5GHz channel is as high as possible to avoid clashing with ch 36-48 that Q uses by default.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
