Why is it that ITVX has all episodes of Redemption but when I access via Skyq there are only 4 episodes available?

Yes. Exactly that. I appreciate that it's a free app but I can't understand why it doesn't have the same content on all means of access.

Do the apps on Skyq automatically update or do I have to do it manually?

The content within the app will be pulled on the fly like a web page so doesn't need an app update. What does it say at the top of the episode list? Mine says "episodes 1-6" and I can scroll down to access all of them

Apps are part of the overall Q software version.  But if you have ITVX then it's the latest anyway.

strange.  I assume you've tried a power cycle to be sure?

I've just tried again and it's not showing at all on ITVX via skyq. If I voice search on Skyq it only comes up with 4 episodes.

Could the ITVX situation be because I'm in Scotland? I can watch all episodes on STV player?

It might be that I put an English postcode on the app wh3n I downloaded it to my tv!
