ITVX Problems

Hi. 

I have the ITVX app installed on my box and don't pay extra for advert free. Over the last couple of months, the shows are pausing for a few seconds and then continuing. It happens increasingly as the show goes on. It's not jumping or crashing but is very annoying. I've tried rebooting the box, resetting the app via the settings and clearing the data from the app itself but nothing seems to have worked. Is there anything else I can try or is it a problem their end do you think? I have read some previous posts on here and looks like others have had similar problems. Any tips would be great. Thanks 🙂

Do you have a Smart TV - I think most TV's these days have the ITVX app  & if so it is quite likely to be more responsive

I do have a smart tv. I access the ITVX app through the sky box though
