Scroll down to Advanced Settings  - Press Select

I have found my IP address via your instructions, thank you. Can you also tell me where i find the Gateway  and DNS settings (I am having a lot of trouble connecting my TV) I have inherited the TV, so do not have instructions. THanks again

Do you mean you're having problems connecting the Sky box to the new TV? You don't need IP/DNS etc details to do that.

The gateway and DNS are both the local IP address of your router. Automatic IP configuration should pick this up without having to specify it manually.

Firstly, you'll need to connect your Sky Q box to the Internet, either via WiFi or via an ethernet cable. 

Once done,

1. Press the HOME button (black button above the blue microphone button)
2. Scroll down to Settings and press SELECT
3. Select Status
4. Select Network Connection
5. Scroll right to Network Setup and press SELECT
6. Scroll down to Advanced Settings and press SELECT
7. In IP Settings, the IP address of the Sky Q box is shown, for example, mine is 192.168.0.7

Note: this 192 address is a local network address that your WiFi router understands and is not an external site.
