I went to bed last night and the mini dish was working perfectly. When I woke up this morning the dish switched on but would not connect to my TV. I switched everything off numerous times and nothing changed I've been to work and back and it's still not connecting. In the upper left hand corner of my TV is what looks like a lock signal

Hi @Jb19 I am having difficulty understanding. You cannot switch on a dish as it is fixed to your outside wall. Are you confusing a Sky Q Main box or Sky Q Mini box with a dish?
