New Broadband not connecting in less than 1 week installation

My broadband was activated on the 3rd of this month and in less than a week I am

already experiencing issues with connection. I still had to pay £15 to get an engineer from open reach who couldn't get it done on Saturday and mentioned that another engineer will visit. I'm yet to get any feedback from anybody. In less than a week a brand new broadband is experiencing issues and I still have to pay to fix it. Please I need it sorted asap.
